(BAXTER, MN) The Northwoods League newest team will unveil their team name and logo this Thursday. The event will take place at the Lodge at Brainerd Lakes on Thursday, January 22 from 6 to 8 pm. For the past month the team's owner and management group have been conducting a "Name the Team Contest" encouraging fans to come up with a new name for the Brainerd franchise. After over 800 names have been entered into the contest, the management group has selected one name that will represent the new Northwoods League franchise. The person who entered the winning name will win season tickets for life.

The event is open to the public and will also have merchandise and season tickets available for purchase.
